Role

We consider our Flight Attendants as ambassadors of our brand. They are the first, and sometimes, only point of contact the passenger has within AirX and as such must demonstrate our commitment to excellent service at every stage.

While first and foremost they are responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers, our recruitment focuses on skills and attributes over and above this. We look for Flight Attendants who will greet passengers in their native language; who will prepare a traveller’s preferred seat with his usual newspaper, slippers and favourite drink and snack upon boarding; who will ask a proud mother how her daughter’s exam results went following her flight with us last month. We value a level of perceptiveness and intuitiveness in our crew. We rely upon our Flight Attendants to read passengers and interpret behavior to discern the kind of service to provide, as well as to anticipate their every need. Flight Attendants also act as the administrative agent onboard, responsible for stock, inventory and concierge reporting that keeps a flight running smoothly and guests feeling special and welcome throughout their travels with AirX.

AirX is looking for a Flight Operations Officer to join the Operations Team in Malta. The Flight Operations Officer will be reporting directly to the Nominated Person Ground Operations.

Role

The role of this position is to assist in planning flight routes, taking into account aircraft performance and loading, weather limitations, airport conditions, arranging all ground handling aircraft parking spots, coordinating passenger, cargo, and fuel loading, as well as taking care of all handling and permits.

Due to our continuous growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stock Controller to join Air X Charter at our premises located in Stansted, UK. The Stock Controller will be reporting directly to the Aircraft Detailing and Stock Support Manager.

AirX Jet Support Ltd. is an EASA Part-145 maintenance company. Our engineering capabilities cover the full spectrum of services, from minor checks and inspections to heavy maintenance, as well as offering rapid response AOG coverage across the UK and Europe. Our EASA Part 145 approvals endorse a large selection of business aviation jets for Line and Base maintenance including engine and avionic works for a wide variety of aircraft types as well as components.

The Detailing team is responsible for ensuring that the AirX aircraft fleet is always clean and presentable to ensure passenger satisfaction. The role of an Aircraft Detailing Operator is to work with the Detailing team to maintain the appearance of the aircraft’s interior and exterior according to protocols and standards to ensure the aircraft fleet is always looking at their best.

Role

Reporting directly to the Quality Compliance Manager, the Quality Compliance Engineer will be responsible to perform audits in accordance with the audit plan, MOE and regulations and ensure the adequacy of the procedures required to ensure safe operational practices of the Part 145 approved facility.
